Oral presentations

  • Each presentation slot consists of:
    • 20 minutes for the presentation
    • 5 minutes for questions and discussion
    • 5 minutes for transition to the next presentation
  • To ensure the programme runs smoothly, we kindly ask all speakers to respect the allotted time. Session chairs will signal when speakers have 5 minutes and 1 minute remaining.

  • A computer and a range of adapters will be available in the room as a backup. However, we strongly encourage presenters to bring their own laptop, charger and any adapters they may require.
  • If your presentation includes videos, audio, or animations, please ensure that these function correctly on your device and can be played without an internet connection.
  • There will be someone in each room available for technical assistance.
