To ensure the programme runs smoothly, we kindly ask all speakers to respect the allotted time. Session chairs will signal when speakers have 5 minutes and 1 minute remaining.
Please arrive at your session room at least 10–15 minutes before the start of the session.
A computer and a range of adapters will be available in the room as a backup. However, we strongly encourage presenters to bring their own laptop, charger and any adapters they may require.
If your presentation includes videos, audio, or animations, please ensure that these function correctly on your device and can be played without an internet connection.
There will be someone in each room available for technical assistance.
Poster presentations
Posters must be in A0 format and portrait orientation.
Presenters who wish to have their poster printed at UNIL may contact the Repro service directly:
Poster boards and pins will be provided by the conference organizers.
The poster session area will be located next to Room A1031 and the conference registration desk.
Poster presenters are asked to come to this area during the afternoon coffee break on Tuesday, 30 June. Student assistants will be available to help mount the posters.
The poster session will take place from 6:00pm to 8:00pm. We kindly ask poster presenters to remain near their poster during this period to discuss their work and answer questions from conference participants.
Posters may remain displayed until the end of the conference if presenters wish to leave them up.
