Registration is now open. 

Earlybird registration will close on 15 April 2026 (extended deadline – all presenters must register by this date).

Registration for those attending without presenting will close on 1 June 2026.

Registration fees

Full price:

 

  • CHF 350 (earlybird, until 31 March)
  • CHF 380 (until 1 June)

 

Student rate:

 

  • CHF 250 (earlybird, until 31 March)
  • CHF 280 (until 1 June)

 

Payment is possible with Visa and Mastercard.

 

Registration fees include conference participation, lunches, coffee breaks, an opening reception, and an apéro (drinks and nibbles) during the poster session.
 

Conference dinner

The conference dinner will take place on 1 July at the Restaurant du Théâtre in Lausanne. The fee for conference dinner is as follows:
